I like this, but there is a problem... it's too big, and there isn't a full theme, just a start menu skin.
I'm trying to put together a steampunk style thing, based on several other themes already made, since I don't have the time to make a whole theme myself.
I am not going to submit though, it's just for me, I don't want sued.

Ye looks nice. But why did you take off the search box!? In windows 7 I just type name of app in box and launch fast. Now with this "enhacement", I must click on old "run box", with *no search ability*.
This skin now makes my Windows 7 machine act like its Windows 95. Great artwork ruined by a terrible implementation.

Vitaly, you need to make this a full on theme for Windows 7. I've hacked the code a little to make something that works for now, but your artwork makes the look.
Please consider a full theme - folks will be beating a path to your download!
